Microsoft – Discontinues Skype WiFi

Microsoft Corporation whom owns Skype, decided to discontinue their Skype WiFi feature. As of March thirty first two thousand seventeen, Skype WiFi will no longer work. Also, you won't be able to download a Skype WiFi application.

After March thirty first two thousand seventeen, if you still have this application installed, you won't be able to find or use a WiFi hot spot. Any Skype credit you purchased will be available for making calls with to landline and mobile numbers. If you don't want to use your Skype credit for other Skype services you can contact Skype customer support.
