WordPress released a maintenance update 4.5.1, on April twenty six two thousand sixteen. This is an update for all previous versions of WordPress. This update includes twelve bug fixes found in WordPress version 4.5
Versions of WordPress including 4.5 are susceptible to three main bugs. One bug broke sites via a class issue with sites using twenty eleven theme. Also, an imcompatibility between some Google Chrome versions and a visual editor was found. Finally, an imagick bug was found that could potentially cause media uploads to fail.
You can update your version of WordPress to 4.5.1 by clicking on your "Dashboard" if not already there. Then select "Updates". Finally click on "Update Now".
