What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship our products via DHL, FEDEX, UPS, and USPS.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship to international addresses via FEDEX and UPS. The consumer is responsible for any additional shipping, taxes, and or tariffs associated with internnational shipments. Consumer is also responsible for any issues or delays arising from local customs laws and regulations.
Do you require shipping insurance?
No, this is optional during the checkout procedure.
When will my order be shipped?
We ship all orders once payment is received. Orders purchased via COD/Money Order and Check ship once the payment clears the banking process . Orders purchased via credit card are generally shipped 1-2 business days after the payment is processed.
Anet Computers does not guarantee same day shipping. Please allow additional time for Check/COD/Money Order payments due to the additional bank processing time.
When will I receive my order?
Items will arrive based on the payment option used and the type of shipping method purchased. We make every attempt to ship your order as quickly as possible.
If my shipping and billing addresses differ, will you still complete my order?
Yes. However, we reccomend using the same billing and shipping addresses whenever possible. This allows us to complete your order quicker. It is advisable to use the same billing and shipping address if possible to avoid fraud.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your payment is received by us.
What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
Please check packing materials for small items. Also, please verify you have received a box for each tracking number associated with your order. If you are still unable to locate an item, please contact Anet Computers customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or 720-488-1900.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
No we do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
Do I need an RMA number to return items purchased from Anet Computers?
Yes you must recieve an RMA number per our returns policy in order to return items. Items must be returned 20 days after the issuance of an RMA number.
How do I obtain an RMA number?
Please fill out the Contact Us form to obtain an RMA number.
How long does it take for a refund to appear on my credit/debit card?
It takes us approximately 3 business days to process your refund and an additional 2-3 business days to appear on your statement.
Do you charge a restocking fee for refund RMA’s?
Yes we charge a 15% fee for all merchandise returned for a refund with an appropriate refund RMA number. All dead on arrival merchandise with RMA’s are not charged the fee. All items without an RMA number will not be accepted and returned.
